You must avoid booking this property at all costs. They will cancel on your arrival and offer substandard alternative accommodation at the same cost.
They will offer you a full refund if you want to cancel your booking, but then what are you supposed to do with your family at 10pm at night.
The rooms shown on the advert on Expedia are not what you get, you get whatever they choose to give you. They will make up excuses of plumbing problems and we witnessed a few other customers being treated in the same way.
On day two they changed our room to the 7th floor, which we found out was illegal in that block. Only long term lets and residents can stay on lower floors. The apartment reception staff refused us entry and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave the premises.
It took us over 2 hours of negotiations to retrieve our bags from our room, before we left the premises to find another hotel for our last night in South Vietnam.
The company refused to refund our third night in full.
Please book another apartment and create happy memories for your family time in Vietnam.
