"We stayed here about a year ago and it was really nice. This time around it was very run down. It was clean but things were about to break, the taps in our room were about to come off you had to be careful when using them. The place just needs a fair amount of tlc. It is in a beautiful location and has so much going for it but the stained curtains in the restaurant, the lack of hospitality, I’m not sure if they were short staffed or not but I thought they could use another staff member so we...

"The location was awesome Right on the lake edge Lots of walkways to parks And barbecue areas that the receptionist didn't know about And was going to put on there things to do list And proximity to airport for tourist travel So win win Will go there again"

"The property was cozy, the staff was helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and areas were very cleaned and maintained well. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the lakeside hot tub as well that was very clean although the light there looks like it needs to be replaced. Would be a great spot for large groups as well."

"1 night stay after spending the day on the lake with a JetSki, the room was exactly what we needed with the inroom spa, clean and comfortable, lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and made no fuss when I asked if I could park the ute towing the JetSki needing to take up 3 car park lanes. Would stay again."

"The heat pump in the room I was in had an issue when put on high it would thunder through the way in and out of cycle. It sounded like a washing machine out of balance. I had to turn it off overnight as the noise would wake you up. Could have done with another blanket on the bed. Apart from that it was clean and tidy."

One girl on, she completely ignored us as was under pressure to serve, clean etc but her attitude sucked. Instead of just acknowledging us and saying hey sorry guys I’ll be right with you soon as I can… she simply pretended we were not there and chose to ignore, be very rude and after 4 attempts to try and relax at the bar I gave up! This alone has made me unwilling to bother...

"Staff is friendly, room is clean and with beautiful decorations, breakfast is delicious but at the end all the fruits are gone, no replacements, the 19th century building is well maintained, the piano in the lounge area is definitely a plus!"
