"Such a beautiful property. The room and added perks (heated towel rack and bathroom floors) were second to none! The staff was so friendly and focus on making it a perfect stay. We wish we stayed more than one night to take advantage of dinner and amenities. We drove from picton on way to auckland so arrived late and left early! If we ever come back we will stay longer for sure!!"

"We stayed for 6 nights. There was no room
service unless we asked and we had to ask more than once. The sheets were stained. No microwave in rooms was a shock and I didn’t realise in the advertisement. Can’t wait Netflix or YouTube on the television. The room was too small."

"Booked a 2 bedroom unit and found it to be very poorly maintained. (The lounge outside in the rain was in better condition than the one in our unit.) The water damage was clear and could have been wiped off.
Car parks weren’t allocated, instead these were taken up by workers and skip bins for reno’s going on through the day.
Booked for 4 nights, cancelled last 3 nights after being there for 15 minutes. Photos are very deceiving but good to see they’re trying to upgrade the other apartments....

"The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth.
The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. Freezing was a more comfortable option.
The breakfast, was...
