It felt way more personal than a big hotel they remembered my name, helped with recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The rooms were simple but clean and had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with great hospitality, this is definitely the type of spot you want."

"This is an acceptable but not note-worthy option for a hotel close to the Hanoi Airport. The room was comfortable and efficient -- and breakfast options were limited but well-executed. (A restaurant just steps away from the property was fantastic -- check it out for a delicious dinner.) But the overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. No response (after several attempts at communication) regarding a shuttle from the airport. No refresh of towels or other room amenities (I stayed there 2 nights.) I can't compare to other hotels in the area, but there may be better options."
