The guy on reception was amazing he arrived us early at no extra cost. We didn't have a kettle or hairdryer in our room he got them right away.The hotel restaurant currently only serves breakfast but had a good choice at a reasonable price. Unfortunately we had many electrical problems with our room where the power kept cutting out which was quite inconvenient at times. Theres no window in the bathroom so my 4yr old was really scared when it suddenly went dark. We were told an electrician would look at it the next day at 11am but arrived at 4pm. He had moved our belongings from the bathroom and my daughters toothbrush cover had gone missing which was very bizarre as it had been attached to her toothbrush and was nowhere to be seen.When I tried to ask the electrician if he had seen it he was very rude and mainly ignored me. I asked the housekeeper who had not long arrived to clean our room and she was lovely but didn't speak very good English so didn't understand. I ended up telling the guy on reception that we couldn't find it as my daughter was upset it was missing. We went out and when arrived back he had brought her a brand new one. He also changed us rooms upgrading us to a seaview room. Theres Netflix but you have to sign in your own account to use it. Receptionist is available from 7am-11:59pm!
