Staff was not friendly and my room was not ready until much later than my scheduled check in time. When I tried to voice my concerns to hotel staff, they dismissed the complaints without providing any remedy. Water pressure was terrible. Door wouldn’t open properly due to carpet-not very graceful in hosting aspects-breakfast not even available when we got downstairs at 930-very sketchy amenities-will definitely avoid in the future. Website pictures do NOT match what is in person
