"I was only there for one night during travels but I found it to be a great place to stop. My room was comfortable and clean and the staff that I interacted with were great. I had my two small dogs and there is a lot of space to walk them. I also appreciated that they put me in an end room so it was very easy to get in and out with the dogs."

"Just perfect….location, mattress, price, near canal and restaurants… oh ya staff too!"

"The property was great for what I needed it for: a cheap place close to the Herkimer Diamond Mine (about 10 minutes). It is dated, but you expect that with the price. The worst part was the AC did not work super great, although not bad enough to tell someone. It was very clean, and staff was friendly, although they did seem annoyed with how late we showed. Love the little kitchen nook but wish it had a coffee maker."

"The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. Thank for the two bottles of water in the room."

"There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return ."

"We spent a night here on our way back from Canada, and the hotel was great! Right off I-90, the rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable, they also offer free bfast which is a plus! There is also many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel."
