"Beautiful updated hotel in perfect location!! Near downtown and historic district Staff was so nice and helpful The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to wake up. The sheets were perfectly crisp and pillows so comfortable! The breakfast seemed homemade and delicious! Several gluten free options We really enjoyed the room upgrade. Very spacious! Would definitely stay again"

"Great place to stay right in the center of Newport. Very clean, big suites, nice staff. Not a great place to stay if you’re a light sleeper or want a quiet night. Being right downtown people were outside all hours of the night and we could hear it all. Also, a truck or forklift beeping below from 3:30am for at least an hour. What was a great spot turned into not so great due getting about 2 hrs of sleep."
