Cari Chalet di Newport

"Staff was great, amenities perfect and room location was perfect for getting a break after moving my daughter in for school. The location for accessing everything necessary and being close to the campus is a plus."

"The staff was wonderful and the that was a great place to watch the game if you didn't have tickets. Lots of friendly people the place was beautiful and clean. The walk to campus was a little longer than expected, but still very walkable."

"The views from all the windows was relaxing amd peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the place is very nicely done. The iwner met us upon arrival and explained things to us and was super sweet. The hot tub come in handing after spending the day hiking. The place was super convenient for hiking and going into Asheville as well. I would recommend staying here. It really was very nice!"

"Great Location and amenities. Rooms were clean and spacious."

"While the front desk were super nice and helpful, and I was grateful to check in early but the room was disgusting. It had multiple giant flies buzzing around inside the room and the shower didn't work. I didn't even know about the shower until they sent a maintenance person to my room 30 min after I checked in, without letting me know ahead of time. I was totally freaked out, he knocked on my door, not in uniform or showing anything on his person that proved he was a hotel employee. I refused...

"Lovely family run business perfect for VT drop offs and football weekends"

"Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the roof top restaurant & bar area. Would have enjoyed restaurant offering breakfast & lunch… that would have put the stay over the top. The lobby area did offer sandwich, croissant type breakfast and coffee - pay as you go. However, very limited offerings. Meanwhile, a conference was taking place near elevators. They had a full breakfast buffet set up… smelled delicious but not offered to general guests."

"Nno pool as advertised. Broken elevator. Cabinet door wouldn't. Stay closed. Desk clerk was wonderful and so helpful and room was very clean but very, very tired"
