We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine. No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic. "A lovely peaceful hotel, beautifully decorated. Pleasant staff. Relaxing bar and lounge. Good choice at breakfast. Free parking and ideally located with a shortish walk to the beach (via Toft zigzag). Not too far from town centre which is 5 mins by car."
