"Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it "

"Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely. The Reception was poorly lit and signed, and was cold and damp; I appeared to be one of only two guests staying on the Saturday night and the guests in the room next to mine kept their television on until 5.15am and periodically seemed to drop something heavy on the floor. "The room itself was ok. Strange unpleasant food smells emanating from bathroom. Check in was well explained but tricky getting code on lock box outside in the dark. Relieved to be staying only one night and would not rebook"

"Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean . Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . "
