"Clean room, wonderful staff and great location."

"On check in the reception staff didnt tell me what floor the room was, or where the lift was, we had to ask! Lovely clean room, very small bath, but lovely shower over the bath. Had food in the resteraunt which was very expensive for what we had. Car parking was payable at the desk at checkout. Parked Wednesday night to friday morning £24. Booked this hotel to be close to the Utilita arena, but it was still a long walk to the venue."

"Booked late in the day as Wife needed to be at QE Hospital for 7am. Easy walk from university station, though not well signed, even when you are standing outside it. Receptionist was nice, smiley and efficient. Room was basic but comfortable. Bed was great. Shower was great. Only there one night but on that night the hotel seemed very peaceful. Just a gentle buzz in the public areas. Restaurant wasn't so good. They forgot my drink, gave the wife a dirty glass, some of the food was nice some was diabolical. Chicken schnitzel, I’m looking at you. Overall very good.would stay again."

"It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. Their help is greatly appreciated. Roomy is cozy. Felt safe even returning to location at midnight. Great to have usable, onsite laundry to do a quick freshener of travel clothes. However, please get rid of the noisy, inefficient dryers. My "okay" rating is because of the noise. I could hear people entering and exiting, I could hear the folks walking around on the floor above, and there was an incessant noise and rattle in the walls from the clothes dryers. Apart from the noise, there was no linen service. I think that is a mist for any stay over 3 days. Travelers shouldn't have to wash your linens. Also, please add pillow and mattress encasements. You don't want everyone's sweat and odors soaking into the pillows and matress especially as there is no linen service. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned on arrival. I found some used travel toiletries on the floor. I'm not sure who they are marketing to; it's not a hotel yet it lacks the comfort of an AirBnB. It is in a very college area so not a major attraction for mature travelers. Had majority of the kitchen basics. "
