"What a quaint place to stay. There are a variety of lodging options (room, cabin, RV). The rooms have a cute woodsy feel. The bar has friendly staff and nice drink selections. There is a small store to buy necessary provisions and gifts."

"The room was ok, bed was comfortable, bath wasn't the greatest, but we only slept there, so for the price it was fine. Just outside was a little messy and junky. Parking lot gravel needed help. The staff were great, taking us to our room and starting the AC for us. Was a cute lodge, just a little messy outside."

"Location to Grandfather Mountain was great. A/C was great. Kitchen does not have some basic utensils and is not fully supplied (as advertised) - fortunately there is a Food Lion nearby where we bought what should have been supplied. Sofa and chairs did not feel clean and we put a sheet over the sofa. Beds and bed linens were good and clean. But, great place to have a family get-together to attend the nearby Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain."
