Hotel di Newington

"They are bad"

"Decent hotel for one night in an ugly 60's style concrete building next to the interstate. Positive: Friendly staff, free parking, decent breakfast, shuttle on demand to Franconia-Springfield Station. Good value for the D.C. area. However, noisy from I-95. As there are better hotels in the area, I would not recommend this place and I would not want to stay there again."

"Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly."

"We had to move our room 3 times because the air conditioners did not work. Couldn’t take a shower because we never got hot water even though we let it run for 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Good parking"

"Great stay"

"Terrible water pressure."

"Old fashion motel where could park car right at the door to the room that I loved. Room was not very handy caped accessible and didn't see any options for a room that was."

"Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast"

The front desk representative promptly found us a better room and was very pleasant regarding the change. It is refreshing to encounter such kind staff. Furthermore, the breakfast team was very cordial and checked with us before closing to ensure that our needs were fully met."

"We stayed at Archer hotel for 3 nights in Oct 2026. It is in the central location of town and about 1 mile or 20 minutes on foot to the river front where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel and room are very clean and look modern. The service is fast and they provide daily water bottles so it did save us time to buy water. Since it is right in town so the only option is valet parking and they charged $45/day which is a standard price of other hotels we stayed. If you want to explorer...
