"This was a very clean, modern hotel situated in central Newcastle, very close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and about a 12–15 minute walk from Newcastle University. We were dropping our daughter off at the university and this hotel fit the bill. I would definitely recommend it to others ..."

"Close to the station. Lovely staff, who appeared to be constantly problem solving a failing property. Things were broken, there was no air conditioning. Staff were as helpful as could be. Better value for money could have been got by walking a little further from the station"

"Amazing rooms and deco. Fantastic spa with 25m pool and well maintained. Great fun on driving range and sports bar is unreal. Only negative was eggs benedict with hard yolk, not how it should be served. Asian restaurant was ok."
