"Good location - walked to the stadium and dinner. Room was clean and good size. AC was hard to figure out and we ultimately ended up opening the window to cool off - not sure how much is user error vs the system itself. Would stay again tho if I was seeing another football game"

"The stay was excellent and the rooms were really well designed. I also appreciate how they were able to extend my booking last minute. The best part of this hotel is access to downtown Newcastle by foot and access to the train station or metro. The only thing I don't recommend is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. It was extremely overpriced and portions were small and nothing special. For breakfast I highly recommend going to the cafe on the 1st floor. The food and snacks there are great and...

"Lovely place to stay. My only criticism is when asking where to park the receptionist on the phone recommended a car park miles away (st Mary's). Don't! As long as it's not a match day, it was easy to park straight outside and then don't pay in the blue car park, they have a code inside for half price. "
