"Excellent staff, made us feel extremely welcome from checking in. Checking in was smooth. Dining room options excellent. Thank you lovely Ellie. Delicious food- fish and chips and steak and ale pie. The room was great and again we really appreciated the effort that the housekeeping staff went to in preparing the room especially because we were there to celebrate a birthday. Booking reservations- Tanya is amazing in sorting everything out. Nice lounge, nice staff in the gym and Spa. A relaxing stay . Great choice for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
