"Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"Inside this hotel, it is very outdated. The room I stayed in was dirty, marks all over the walls and ceilings. I tried to avoid being in the room if I could. The staff were okay - when I checked in - I was not told about WIFI code, restaurant opening hours, gym etc. I later then discovered when I asked - there was a A4 document he should've given me. "Excellent stay at the Busby Hotel, ample parking, warm welcome from staff, fantastic food in the restaurant and very professional service from Carla. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with the food on hot plates drying out and going hard but I suppose you'd expect that from an open buffet.
