"Overall our stay was good, the room was clean and well-appointed. However as a wheelxhair user the disabled car park needs resurfacing (it was quiet uneven to transfer in and out of the car). There's also quite a dip in front of the entrance door to the rooms making it more difficult to bump over the metal entrance strip."

"Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Had good breakfast selection but not the highest quality of cooking. Themeat was a little bland flavoured. Great location for city centre . Would stay again."
