I didn’t like how the room smelled it was a lot of moisture in the air and I left with a sinus infection. The soup dispenser was falling out the wall and overall the hotel isn’t the best.

called and requested the heater be fixed 3 times before someone showed up and said they don't turn on the heat until later in the year. said not allow to give portable heater, was cold all night and to cold to take a shower. I'm a disabled senior and this wasn't wrong service from a large chain hotel.

Rooms were very old and ran down. Shower handle fell when I turned the knob, the sink was clogged, the tiling in the bathtub was old and rusting, ac was horrible. Literally had it on 64 to get cool in there. The ice machines are old and filthy. Best part about the hotel was the main level when you first come in. The rooms itself need serious renovations

Room had a musty smell when entering. Bathroom had water damage on ceiling, rust in spots, partially detached shower head. TV was not clean. Dead cockroach on floor at base of standing lamp. Floor felt strange and unclean when walking barefoot. Unable to open the balcony sliding door for fresh air. Staff at reception were great. Staff at restaurant were even better. Food was excellent even though I open for a take away option.
