Hotel St. James
This hotel is very old. They keep air conditioning units in windows year round, which makes for a chilly room. They also have radiators in the room that bang and make quite a bit of noise through the night while you are trying to sleep, but luckily I brought earplugs. Our toilet ran the whole time ...
