NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing.

Pod Times Square
Overall, I had a pretty decent experience. The only thing is that it would be very nice to have access to kettle/hot water/microwave within the hotel. That is something I was missing.
