"Stayed for two nights for a show and a concert at MSG. Took the Amtrak in and location could not have been better- super close to both penn station and MSG. Room was small but had a nice view. Bathroom tiny and dated with more of a public restroom toilet. Was disappointed in the lack of a fridge. We love to get food to eat late night and couldn’t do that. For what they charge, seems a fridge should be included!"

"Everything was good with the exception, 1. The room that showed and was described when selecting was differ than what was assigned. 2. The information given via a telephone call concerning a coffee maker was different. On the phone the male that answered said I would have a Keurig type coffee maker but the house keeping department said those were reserved for the suites. So I could not use my preferred coffee that I brought. Other than that my short stay was very good. Trip interrupted by an accident and the manager refund/ did not charge me for the two remaining days. That was very much appreciated."
