"The hotel and room were extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful! When we arrived, my daughter was a bit upset as she had lost something during our travels. The front desk noticed and immediately offered her some tea, which was greatly appreciated! Location is fantastic close enough to walk to everything far enough away that you’re not great in the tourist type of Times Square. Only thing that would’ve made it better was coffee in the room."

"The hotel room is a bit old and outdated. The hotel location is perfect and just above the Grand Central Station."

" ⸻ Disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly, and despite arriving 2 hours after check-in time, my room was still not ready. I had paid extra for two beds but they said they have only room for 1bed. What’s worse is there was no apology for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional."
