Everything was great! The hotel building is new and beautiful, and the room was large and spotless. The concourse in the basement was very practical and comfortable for breakfast or meals. In the morning, there was free coffee, tea, and croissants, and throughout the day there was a microwave oven, a vending machine and containers for water and ice cubes. Everything was clean, and the staff was courteous and very friendly. There is a bus stop five minutes' walk away and a subway station ten minutes away. A very good and inexpensive hotel in a quiet area in an exciting city!

The staff is friendly and professional. But the hotel as a whole is not accommodating. Rooms are extremely small but what bothered us the most is the door to the restroom, doesn’t fully close, pretty uncomfortable. Hotel is not in the best of areas, but people are cool, they don’t bother you.

The hotel itself was great for the price. The staff & the service was very accommodating & beyond kind. Air conditioning & tv works perfectly. Didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t rate it, but they did offer free coffee & croissants for breakfast. The area around the hotel was dirty. There was trash but had nothing to do with the hotel itself, was just the neighborhood it’s at. The walls are thin so you can hear people in their room. The hotel room door does have a little gap in it but was still secure due to the extra safety lock it has. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind alittle bit of noise & don’t mind the area it’s in. Would definitely stay here again!

Astoria stay

This stay was a great deal for the price. The location was pretty removed but had good subway access. The room was comfortable and coffee and pastries were available every morning.
