The property itself couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Walkable to time square and bars. Hotel was nice and the room was cute. Only con was that the bed definitely wasn’t cleaned before our stay. When I pulled the covers back there were a bunch of clumps of hair and q tips in the bed.

It’s a great property and a very good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they had a service lift for the construction work going on in the building. Using the same lift for transporting construction material and guests was a little inconvenient.

Pros: location - close to Times Square, subway, 5th avenue. Inside hotel it was very quiet even though close to very busy areas. Large area with coffee, tea and water with tables and chairs to hang out / eat. Cons: would have liked to have a safe in the room; room was on the smaller side.

This location/stay exceeded my expectations at every turn. Great room, price and the front desk are the BEST -anywhere- period. Joanne is awesome and treated every guest like they were the only one while managing to turn it out for us all!
