Lotte New York Palace
Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025

Hotel Edison Times Square
The staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, surprisingly spacious for Manhattan, and comfortable. The location cannot be beat, and the breakfast was AMAZING. Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
breakfast items were limited to one sandwich below average. The staff serving breakfast was also very rude and not helpful at all.

Loews Regency New York Hotel
Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready.
