I was really worried after reading the reviews but we arrived to no check-in queues however staff were very unfriendly. No problems with lifts all week always one with a minute. Hyatt Regency Times Square
Beds were great, pillows were awesome. Shower was perfect. Only complaint is the lack of insulation/sound dampener, between the bathroom and the main room. Otherwise, great stay and great location!

The property is in ok conditions. I was very bithered when my room did not get serviced and staff coukd not explain why the cleaning crew missed my room.
