Can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for a little over a week with our two young children and had the best time! Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel looked lovely and modern (by Taiwanese standards), the value was good and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was free and delicious. The location, right next to the MRT station and to Bitan (a large waterfront park) was perfect! It's a bit of a trek from downtown Taipei, but there are plenty of fun shops and restaurants nearby to explore. My only tiny complaint is that there are no drawers or shelves in the rooms so keeping 4 people organized over a week was a little tricky.

Ok stay for the price, not very clean, dust observed all over room, near mrt station but it is the last station. Hence very far for other attractions and needed to add addition 30 min for travelling. Near by the bitan river which can be easily accessed.

Very easy access to MRT train, buses and cabs. Lots of food choices nearby. Right by the waterfront and very scenic. The traditional Chinese breakfast was great, although the choices don’t vary too much. The facility, although good, you can tell they are a little dated. (Ex: The sink cabinet looked a little worn.) The window and walls were not soundproof. Our hotel room was street-facing so it was noisy with traffic and occasionally other guests. Also the window shade didn’t block the light outside so it took some getting used to for sleeping. Overall the stay was pleasant. We were able to adjust our own room temperature, the beds and room were comfortable, and the cleaning lady was courteous and attentive.
Our bedroom was a quadruple room.

Close to amenities, terminus station of Green Line (Xindian) MRT across the street, steps away from Bitan recreational area, fairly priced. Combined bath/shower has no shower curtain or glass wall and washing up sprays all over the bathroom despite greatest care. Whole hotel is tired and needs some updating (TLC?). Breakfast buffet is adequate, mostly Taiwanese style - western menu items minimal. Barely any english spoken by hotel staff as this hotel appears to be aimed at the regional/local market. Our room faced the front of the hotel and the road traffic noise meant that we could not open the window, but when closed the sound level was acceptable.

1.於15：30入住分配的房間發現被單床套有黃液體、其他顏色髒污，立刻要求更換被單床套，但櫃檯先說打掃阿姨去吃飯、在房間等了快1小時沒回應，再打電話到櫃檯去問，櫃台又說剛見到打掃阿姨有說了，但他不在不知道跑去哪了，我說你確認好什麼時候來換，趕快回電給我，過20分鐘完全沒有聯繫，再打電話到櫃檯去問，櫃檯說盡快聯繫阿姨更換，過10分鐘後來一位主管敲門說幫忙換房，一開始就幫我們換房就好了讓我們在房間枯等快1小時30分.服務人力調配及服務對應有很大的問題。 2.房間隔音不良，外面車道交通噪音及門外走道腳步及談話聲明顯。 3早上餐廳用餐一位沒穿制服外場阿姨，感覺好像在那邊監視所有人用餐，臉上完全沒有笑容，說話請客人收拾餐具態度如同命令一般（雖然有說“請”），完全不和藹可親，用餐心情大受影響，（內場阿姨確是很客氣）。 4.早餐自助餐點美味加分！停車有補助加分！ 期待飯店服務更上一層樓！
