"We had an absolute wonderful time. The decoration is amazing. Pool floor is gorgeous. Staff is so pleasant and accommodating, check in seamless. I felt so special when they sent champagne for my birthday. I am officially keeping an eye out for virgin properties when I travel now. It’s the best place to stay if you want to be close to the French Quarter but be able to sleep and cool off in the pool. "

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"One of the best hotels that I would recommend to my colleagues and friends and would definitely return in the future. The continental breakfast was definitely awesome that really caters for healthy foods. Space-wise, I really like my room, clean and great view. As a whole, the location is so close to everything whether in land or in water and in all tourist destinations. Likewise, hotel staffs were accommodating and friendly. Kudos!"
