"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep."

"Very clean rooms. The pool is nice but very overcrowded due to the size of it. The staff was great from the front desk to the valet. It’s a wonderful hotel."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty when we arrived, and I was bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs. My kids also became sick, and we were very concerned about the amount of mold in the room. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and we did not feel safe or comfortable ..."
