He stepped in on the second night to resolve all issues I had complained about the entire day. Will I stay again? Probably not. This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star."

"The hotel is too far from the city! we had to checkout today and find for a suitable hotel inside the city! we used to walk for 1km to get a taxi to town which takes about 20min to get there! The hotel is suitable for guest with cars!"

"The hotel websites states clearly that there is a free shuttle to the airport. But the driver who carried me to the airport on the day i checked out told me it is not for free and that trip costs 40.000naira. I was really shocked. Luckily i had cash on me, imagine someone traveling without cash I think that free shuttle to airport should be removed from their website "
