I had a great time. Their food was amazing, seems like they have a nutritionist as their chef. The service was amazing and the place was so quiet. I loved it. That's my new Go To hotel in Abuja.

Clean, Cozy and Convenient

I was a solo female traveler at Wali's Suites. I felt safe throughout my stay. The accommodations were comfortable and similar to nice hotels in Canada/US. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view and the location is very central. Would highly recommend.

Great location

Great location and customer service. Just feel the management needs to improve with upkeep of the interior and wifi. There is no refrigerator (chiller not efficient), but the poter was gracious enough to cool our yogurts at the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was beautiful but the inconsistent Wi-Fi was the reason I switched hotels. I came from the US and relied on Wi-Fi to make calls and communicate , but was not able to due to the Wi-Fi problems. The staff is nice and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing view from the terrace/restaurant. Nice size pool and lounge chairs that were under a cabana for shade. Only issue is electricity A/C turned off from 12pm- 7am the 3 night's stay there so it got pretty hot. Asked for them to fix it, but I believe it was set to turn off regardless.

Very Good but needs Improvement

Very good service overall. Staff was great, offered early check-in as my flight arrived early. They quickly put things in order to ensure I didnt wait long. However, there are a few things i think they should improve on. The room I booked was in the top two, yet it had a broken shower head that was only just manageable. The Internet was not good. Also complementary breakfast isnt as quick as I believe they should be.

I have to commend the management of this spectacular hotel for their professionalism and attention to detail in every aspect of their hospitality business. From the security guards all the way to the maintenance staff, I witnessed “ ownership of the business” attitude all the way. I am not concerned whether the quality of the facility will be maintained ( that is always a concern in Nigeria) as I saw maintenance of items that were not broken in action. I highly recommend this facility for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the heart of Abuja.

I had a great stay. Pros - The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Convenient location for shopping and night life. Quiet area for resting. On ground security 24/7. Better to book on Expedia as it covers free breakfast for two as opposed to one when booked in person. Cons - Unfortunately during my stay one of my items mysteriously went missing from my room - a Nike sweat pant. This was quite unusual as I either left my room key with front desk for cleaning when I was going out or took it along with me. I also noticed that the fridges do not work. I stayed in two separate rooms for the length of my stay and the experience was the same. Overall - great stay, might just want to lock your suitcases at all times.

Fantastic - My Abuja Favourite

Home away from home. Wali's suites has everything that I need in a hotel. The location is excellent and the overall service is truly wonderful. The catering is just top notch of which includes what is available for breakfast lunch or dinner. The room size was just perfect for my needs as a solo traveller, but it would have been excellent for travelling couples and families. The internet has improved immensely and the entertainment in regards to TV was vast with all types of channels with Netflix or Amazon Prime etc. The room was very clean as always and the size of the bathroom was a joy. I would highly recommend Wali's if one needs to visit Abuja for short or long-term purposes without doubt. You are made to feel very safe with security at the gates and all the procedures to looking after the visitors. The area is also very peaceful and nice for going out for a stroll if required. The service that was provided by all the staff was excellent, from the receptionist to the room service team, the cleaners and catering all provided me with a wonderful experience without doubt... Once again this place is a must 100%.

Nice Rooms poor service

The property was clean and in an awesome location. Most of the staff were really nice except for the receptionist on my check-out day. I requested for a late check-out because my flight was delayed; but was told that it was not going to be possible. This I found to be really unfair since I spent 2 weeks with them and had to deal without hot water some days. She was very rude in her delivery and had no empathy for my predicament. I had to take a cab and ride around the city aimlessly to pass time. I will surely not be coming back.
