"They had just took over ownership and the whole town just went through a flood yet they were friendly and even with us having our 2 dogs with us (which is the hardest part of our trips) was a quick but decent stay."

"The room was not clean. For a 4 star hotel, you expect it to be well kept. I stayed here with my 2 kids and my daughter kept coughing all night long for both nights we were there. So I decided to look more closely at the room because of that and there was layers upon layers of dust in every corner and there was BLACK MOLD in the shower in multiple places! That was the cause of my daughter coughing non stop every time we went into that room. My throat was bothered too. Not to mention there were a...

"Room was VERY dusty. Might need to change their air filters. My safe was locked upon check-in, so I called down right away to let the front desk know. A couple of days later when I still couldn’t get access to it, I called the desk again and someone came later that day to open it. The outdoor pool was “not available” during our stay. If I had known that, I would’ve looked at other hotels."
