"The Best Western in Santa Rosa is amazing! We had a great experience and we’re surprised by how clean and renovated it is. The lobby was clean and the free breakfast was truly the best I’ve ever had! Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet!"

"Overall we had a great stay. Room was a great size for our family of four. Beds were comfy and showers were hot. Very quiet other than the alarm testing midday that was very loud and should have came with a warning. My only recommendation to the facility is having better security measures in please. There was never anyone at the front desk. Anyone could walk in because there’s no measures to stop them like using a card to get on the elevator. "
