"The things I liked were: The effiency and friendliness of the staff, there were plenty of meal choices for breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room. There was only one thing that needs to be fixed: the bathroom door kept on jamming and it made a squeaky noise when openned or closed. "

"Arrived around 7pm and was told our room wasn't ready. Explained that they had an issue with cleaning staff and offered a late check out. Staff was extremely apologetic and kind. We went to dinner (which we were going to do anyway) and got our room as soon as we got back. Felt like the issue was handled well, only thing that would have been better was if we had been notified before we arrived. Room itself was clean and spacious. The black out curtains were great. Standard breakfast."
