"The good: Great historic hotel close to everything. Very clean. Pretty room. Good food and drinks. Staff was very friendly. Opportunity for improvement: The beds were too soft. I am used to a firmer mattress because of my back otherwise I highly recommend."

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"The rooms were very nice and clean. Very big room too. It suggest having another chair that could work with the desk chair and the extra table. Did not have breakfast at the hotel."
