"I stayed in early April. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite and checkout was easy. I didn't have the continental breakfast. The location was great. We loved being able to just walk over the bridge to New Hope and the view was nice from our room. The only downside was that the heat came on and shut off automatically. The system was very loud and hindered our sleep. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. "The room was clean and the temperature was easy to control. Blackout curtains helped us sleep. The staff was so helpful and checking in and out was a breeze--under 5 minutes. The pool was closed for renovations, but it wasn't a big deal for us. There is plenty of free parking and the buffet breakfast had a variety of good food. "
