Front desk services were pleasant, responsive and quick. It does appear the property is under renovation. Community spaces were nice. Linen needs a replacement. There was limited bath linen. Thank goodness I had my own. What was nice is parking for oversize vehicles.

Staff NOT helpful at all. They sold our room and gave us someone elses to avoid giving us our money back. They had no roll out bed and pictures show a pull out couch and no rooms have them they said. I asked for towels they never gave them to me AND i had used towels wet in my bthrm.

This property has a million and one options for eating, with in walking . When you walk through the doors it is always clean. If you have to wait a second you can sit on the furniture and it is clean. They have a computer and printer in case you need to print a document right fast. The staff are a group of great people and there is no shady business going on here …. I 20/10 would recommend a stay here.

I did not stay at this property. They had the booking up and called me to tell me to call Expedia to ask for a refund.Then when I called Expedia they told me this had to be done with the hotel. Then I called the hotel and the man at the desk said he would process a refund. The refund was never processed .. I paid for a service I did not recieve .. but the Holiday inn across the street was good .

Not bad

Room was clean. Didn't know they had lower level rooms, but luckily there was a side door to go out so i didn't have to go up and down the stairs. No elevator so it worked out. Staff was pleasant and housekeeping was extremely helpful. Only issue was the noise overhead. Sounded like they were dragging and dropping things on the floor.

Here you get what you paid for, its cheap for a reason. The room smelled horrible once I got there and I could not air it out enough. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The walls had holes and the floor was stained. My tv didnt work and when I tried to heat the room the air conditioner blew out a thick cloud of smoke that made the room smell even worse. As a single female traveler I did not feel super safe in the area. However the staff was nice and they did have a dunkin donut next door.

All staff friendly. Check in/out easy. There’s a smoking section and so the building’s atmosphere is treated with a strong but not unpleasant smell. Common areas are clean and well maintained. Rug in room could use a cleaning. Thank you!
