"Very poor quality bed - can feel all springs. Air with no ventilation options except bathroom window which was overlooked by a crowd outside very tiny fan in room which didn’t help. High noise is no joke - like being in The club in your room especially with window open trying to ventilate the smelly sauna. Breakfasts was extra but nice. wouldn’t stay again."

"No Ventilation in toilets not even the room was. No tv. No remote controller was present for tele. Facilities like microwave or freezer either common or share should provided. Voices and noises from next rooms were disturbing."

"We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night. On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced."

"We stayed during the recent heatwave, and unfortunately the bedrooms did not have air conditioning, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. We were initially provided with a Dyson fan, but it wasn’t working properly. After reporting this, it was replaced with two small desk fans, which we appreciated, but they still weren’t enough to keep the room cool. Breakfast was okay overall, but I was disappointed by the lack of inclusive options. If you don’t eat pork, there were no alternative meat...

"If you are used to Premire Inn or the likes of this is not for you. However if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel like talking to the locals this could be for you with the drinks being reasonably priced. Car parking was good and secure Amazing breakfast, friendly staff I would stay here again. One note of warning the hotel does not offer evening meals, but the are in a 5 min radius several options."

"Great location right next to New Street station. Staff welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean although had a bit of a bleach smell on walking into room. Bed was comfy."

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "

"Main front door doesn't shut, there was a bed missing. And the only parking space was taken up by a van that looked like it had been there for years"

"Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place...
