"Clean room friendly staff"

"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"The appearance outside was nice, and the layout of lobby, lounge, and breakfast area was good. However, I use a walker and not to the table as they were in a lower level without a ramp A very nice man helped carry my food and settle me in the lounge. Both my friend and I had trouble understanding the young woman at the desk because os her accent. I also liked the mini convenient store."

"Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."

"The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!"

"The only thing that I see being a problem is the showers have no borders. I took a shower, when I finished I noticed there was standing water on the floor, had to throw a few towel down to dry it up. Other than that, the hotel and my room were very nice!"

"Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back."

"Pool closed because they are just lazy. Lock on door broke. Moved to a different smelled like weed and smoke. Left after looking at other room. Stuff was horrible and rude. Wanting on Refund for one night we had planned two night."

"The ac unit kept going on and off, throughout the night, it got hot and it was so loud then silent every 15 mins, couldn’t sleep, asked the front desk if there was a way to keep it on and not go off, she said no, gave me a small fan to use, the next morning before checking out I went to put my suitcase in my car and I had the fan in my arm to turn in when I gave my door keys back, and the front door staff came outside yelling we took their fan, we turned around and said we are coming back in to...
