The breakfast had a very healthy variety. The man at the front desk was polite, helpful, extremely courteous who made our stay very pleasant. Thank you soooo much!!!!! Definitely recommended! Excellent location!

Gorgeous views from hotel room & terrace. Close access to panorama viewing area for balloon launches (quick walk uphill) and a walkable distance to Goreme Open Air museum. Staff were responsive, accommodating & helpful in organizing local tours & airport transportation.

Oda temiz ve büyüklüğü 2 kişi için yeterliydi. Kasim ayi ve soguk oldugu düşünülürse ısınmada sorun yaşamadık kaloriferler çalışıyordu. Banyoda sicak su vardi ancak Odamizda tek sıkıntı duşun telefon kısmı arizaliydi yetkiliye ilettim sorunu çözeceğini düşünüyorum... Teras şahaneydi sabah gün doğumunda balonları rahatlıkla ve keyifle izledik ardindan 8 deki guzel kahvaltiya geçip çaylarımızı içerken yavaş yavas geri dönen balonları izlemek çok guzeldi ... Teşekkürler

Kuzenlerle spontane gerçekleştirdiğimiz bir tatildi ve bölge hakkında hiç fikrimiz yoktu ama ilk şansımız bu oteli seçmekti diyebilirim: hem uygun hem kaliteli. Harika bir terası var sabah balonları izlemek için, gece oturup şehri izlemek için ... Personel ilgili, otel temizdi. Otopark olarak otelin hemen yanında boş bir arazi var oraya park ediyorsunuz. It's fine. Very good breakfast.

It's a nice hotel, with nice terrace and views. Breakfast was abundant and good. We booked a double room. Bed were comfy, but it was mega cold during the first 2 nights because the hearing was off when we arrived. So it took some days until the room was with a good temperature. They provided free coffe tea and water. There was a kettle in the room which was convenient. Some downsides:in the upper floor (terrace), they didn't allowed us to turn on the heating. So if you need to work with your laptop during the day there, it's veeery cold. Also wifi signal is not strong enough (at least in our room) so we had problems in our videocalls and meetings online.

Amazing place to stay

It has been amazing to stay in arch palace hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We have got everything for breakfast, and it is only in walking distance to open air museum in Goreme. I will definitely stay at this hotel for my next visit to Cappadocia.

Хороший отель за разумные средства

Просто отличный отель! Находится в самом центре знаменитой Кападокии, если встать пораньше и выйти на террасу, то можно наблюдать рой воздушных шаров. Утром на этой террасе так же можно насладиться завтраком (лично я была довольна ассортиментом блюд - и фрукты и сыры и омлеты, свежевыжатые соки и свежесваренный кофе). При заселении нас встретил потрясающий менеджер Вейзел, который рассказал о всех достопримечательностях, готов был помочь с организацией досуга и всегда (круглосуточно) был на связи. Совсем рядом с отелем полно кафешек на любой цвет и карман, сувенирных лавок, туроператоров для множества экскурсий (мы опробовали только кафе). Из минусов - подтупливал вайфай и отсутствует кондиционер.
