"Clean stay"

"The hotel is located in a good spot. Close access to most everything you could need shopping and food wise. The staff were helpful. Though we took our DND sign off our door the one day we'd be gone all day to get our room cleaned up, trash emptied, new towels etc. They never came. So had to do all that ourselves. "Room was clean but pillows and mattress was not the greatest if I’m being honest. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast we left the hotel at 6:00 and unfortunately didn’t get to try wish it would start early especially when people leave early and stay there to catch a flight. The pool looked to have black algae in the pool. I’m not a pool expert but having a pool that’s what I believe it was my skin was very irritated maybe to many chemicals? The drive and shuttle was great and lady was so kind."

"It's okay for people who will engage the casino. I was there for an event, the venue of which is another hotel. Room rate for Landing River Hotel was half of the event's venue hotel. That I thought was a good deal. The problem is you have to use the valet service, especially if you are a solo traveler. It's free, but I don't care about valet driving my car. Now It's not a choice for me, since I have a couple of luggage that I need help to unload. The valet was not helpful at all, even when I ask...

"Generally, the hotel was dirty. The lobby carpet, the furniture had stains and it smelled throughout. Our room seemed clean, carpet was dirty. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Disappointing considering the cost for a room. Charged for parking for 2 days after the front desk we wouldn’t be for one night."
