"The staff, very nice & professional. Sheets & towels nice & clean. The bed & pillows comfy. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was pet hair all over the floor. Furniture was not wiped down, but bathroom was clean. Shower had nice pressure and hot water. Air conditioner was sufficient."
