"Over all experience was terrible, from the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to...

"Well, hard time getting checked in to start. Rented 2 rooms under my name and when checking in, the guy at the front asked for young childrens IDs. When I refused to provide because they had nothing to do with the reservation, he got snappy. My first thoughts, unfortunately, went to child trafficking. In years of adulting, I have never been asked for my children's IDs. Rooms were average at best. 1 room did not have a remote control. The location is 100% in a sh it part of town with locals...
