Great hotel

The hotel is lovely. It looks like a castle and the owner is keeping up the appearance. Very well kept, the surrounding garden is beautiful, inside are antique pieces. Parking in front of the entrance on the hotel's parking place for free. No elevator, so don't choose this hotel if you have heavy luggage or bad back, because there are quite many stairs. Two buildings with a passage between them. Great dining. A bit pricy, but top quality. Staff very friendly and professional. A little jacuzzi and sauna with a spa area. The staff started the sauna and filled the jacuzzi just for us two. Breakfast was good and plenty of food. Unfortunately we had too little time to explore the surroundings, so we will definitely come back.

Der beste Ort für ein Krimidinner

Wir waren mal wieder zu einem Krimidinner vor Ort und haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 2. Stock des Schlosses bekommen. Service und Essen wie immer hervorragend und Krimidinner ebenfalls äußerst unterhaltsam. Ein Ausflug tagsüber nach Landshut auf die Burg Trausnitz lohnt sich.

Ideale Unterkunft nach dem Ritteressen im Keller

Zum wiederholten Male hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Mal waren wir mal wieder zum Ritteressen im Schloss und hatten ein sehr uriges Zimmer im 2. Stock des Schlosses unterm Dach. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wunderschönes historisches Hotel

Wir waren zum Gruseldinner im Hotel und haben vorher die Sauna und nachher die Bar besucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die historischen Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und der Service ist hervorragend. Auch das Essen beim Gruseldinner war erstklassig.

Eventlocation .... oder Hotel?

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag im Hotel und haben ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude gebucht (Nr 106). Leider war sowohl am Freitag als auch am Samstag eine Hochzeit im Schloß (dafür sicher ein toller Ort). Wir haben dadurch beide Nächte bis Mitternacht keine Chance auf Schlaf gehabt, da sich die Hochzeitsgäste direkt vor unserem Zimmer laut unterhalten haben. Man sollte diese Hotelzimmer bei solchen "Events" nicht vergeben. In den "Chalets" ist es sicherlich ruhiger. Am Sonntag ist Ruhetag. Das heißt es gibt auch keine Bar, keine Rezeption und kein Restaurant.
