"The hotel is overall good. But the WiFi and Tv entertainment is appalling. WiFi keeps disconnecting after every 20-30 mins. TV has only 30 local channels and no satellite connection. The reception was empty when we arrived there. Waited for 15 mins before we decided to go into the restaurant and ask an employee to help us finding someone. Breakfast is only decent. Lots of variety but quality is average. Coffee is only available on self service machines, hence could not get a barista made coffee...

"Lovely hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach and you don’t have to pay for the ones on the beach. Close to the nightlife but not right in the mix of it. We had a room upgrade at no cost and was beautiful with an en suite. Staff were real friendly. The man at the pool snack bar never seems to be not working and his service was excellent. "We stayed here fir one night of our 4 day holiday. I wish we stayed here for all 4 days. The hotel is newly opened after renovation probably. Everything is 4-5 star quality. The room is comfy. Bed and pillows are excellent. The aircon works fine. The lobby is spacious and luxary. Staff are friendly. The pool is nice size. "

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late...

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
