"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Our room and the hallway to our room smelled awful. When we got into our room we saw the bathroom faucet was leaking and the floor was wet with some brownish residue that was maybe sand or...? We told the front desk and they said we can fix it...tomorrow. At that point it was 8pm. We had booked two nights all inclusive. We left as soon as we could - 7am the next morning. No meals, no beach. Complete waste of our money spent. We asked front desk for a refund and were again told to wait. We had...

"The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was close to the lakeside park, within walking distance of the beach. With easy transit from the main train station. The hotel had much to offer. A pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple restaurants and a bar. My sea view room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive, decent quality. The only issue I had was that the music from the bar continued into the night. And it came through into my room as a slight muffled sound....
