"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding a serious incident that occurred during my stay at a hotel booked through your platform.
During my stay, I was injured due to significant safety hazards at the hotel. The area outside the guest rooms had very poor lighting, and there was no safety railing or protective barrier in a location with a dangerous change in elevation. As a result, I fell and severely sprained my ankle.

"The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room .
We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night.
And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period"
