"Breakfast ran out quick"

"I walked into the fairbridge hotel around 1:50 pm. The reception said, it was ok to check in at that time since check in was at 2:00 pm however, she started looking for my reservation and started questioning about if I had a reservation because she could not find my name. I show her my reservation number but it was not good enough for her. She demanded that I call Travelocity Because she could not find my name. After 40 minutes she finally found my reservation handed me the keys and not even an apologies for the inconvenience and her rudeness My trip was for two night. On Sunday it was 11:01 and the same receptionist knocks on my door and says it’s time for you to leave because checkout is at 11:00. I travel a lot and never had any other hotel receptionist knock on my door a minute after checkout time. The night before I had inquired about the cost of staying a one hour after checkout which they said it was $25.00 reason why I was staying a little longer. Clearness of Hotel: The linen is not very clean. The white towels look brown, the windows are dirty and the employee was rude. In the future the fairbridge hotel will not be the place were I’m going to be staying. "

"The whole experience was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast. Parking was easy and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was excellent~!"

"The hotel is ok for a one night. The property has so much potential, but just tired in its current state (carpets need changing, one elevator out of service, window treatments don’t lift, etc). Location is great & furnishing has promise. Breakfast was no existent when we arrived. Glad we stayed, but likely won’t come back."

"Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again."

"We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is wonderful. I had made an error in the date I booked and they helped me get it straightened out. The breakfast was really good and the eggs were real eggs."

"There was only two options for the breakfast, the pool was filled with sand, the doors on the side of the building did not work which made it very difficult! The room was decent but patched up. We gotbtwo keys but within the first 5 minutes one completely quit working. Along with all of the the tv didn't work."
