"We only stayed one night here, but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had appetizers and a drink at the downstairs bar, and the food was good. The location was very convenient since the hotel is right downtown. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"The room was nice and clean. We had a king bed. The pillows were just right. Staff especially the front desk were friendly and even changed our room from a pet friendly room to a non pet friendly room. We were a bit early but were able to check in early. The bathroom was clean and sticked with enough towels, toilet paper and free toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It was relatively quiet even though near a main street in Castlegar. The free breakfast was a nice feature. It included a waffle station, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, breads, cereals, fruit, coffee, and juice. The small thing was the pool was closed temporarily as it was under maintenance."
